NCL Food & Drinks Menus @ The Local Bar & Grill 24 Hour Restaurant on Norwegian Joy (4K)

NCL has one of the best 24/7 restaurants among all cruise lines in The Local Bar & Grill. Take a look to see what is on the Drinks & Food Menus for Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner & Late Night Snack. On some older NCL cruise ships they call this always open eatery O'Sheehan's. The Local has a nightly blue plate special entree. We thought the Shrimp Po' Boy was the tastiest of those offerings. This was from our December 2019 Mexican Riviera cruise aboard the Norwegian Joy, and it seems that they used the same menu from the Bliss & other newer NCL ships. #ncl #norwegianjoy
