About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

The Norwegian Dawn debuted with Norwegian Cruise Line in December of 2002. Her main focus at the time were year-round cruises from New York City. This video documents her interior and inaugural cruise destinations. It is interesting to note that she was originally intended to operate with Star Cruises under the name SuperStar Scorpio. Star Cruises, at the time, was the parent company of NCL. Instead, she and her sister, Norwegian Star, ended up sailing under the NCL banner. Norwegian Dawn was the first NCL ship to have hull art.
