Norwegian Gem - Could this be a sewage leak repair in the buffet? 2015

So we were walking through the buffet, we noticed this brown nasty stuff pouring in through the ceiling while some guys in biohazard suits were trying to fix it. Is it sewage? Yuck. They guy had on a full mask.
