This is considered an HE category stateroom. According to Norwegian Cruise Line's website, these Norwegian Prima Haven cabins offer 368 square feet of living space, with an additional 84 square foot balcony. Our suite in the NCL Prima Haven included a king-size bed, a luxury bath with jetted shower, plus a sitting area and a large balcony. Our Penthouse suite was located aft on the portside of the ship. It was conveniently situated only a few doors down from the private bank of Haven elevators. ---FEATURES OF THE NORWEGIAN PRIMA HAVEN PENTHOUSE--- As soon as we opened the door to this Norwegian Prima Haven Penthouse cabin, the closet was to the right. The closet has two separate sections, one has a clothes bar with hangers and the other includes several shelves and drawers for storage. Both sections boast a slanted shoe rack at the bottom. Entering the main area of the Haven suite, our king bed was on the aft wall facing forward. Small nightstands flanked each side of the bed. We appreciated the several outlets near the bed as well. Each side has two power outlets, a USB, and a USB-C outlet. Across from the bed, cruisers will find cabinetry with a Nespresso maker and the mini-fridge as well as a large flat screen television. My wife loved the small vanity that was next to the bed. This area included additional outlets, a lighted make-up mirror, and the hair dryer. Continuing past the bed, there was a seating area to the left. To the right, there was a dining nook. The balcony in this stateroom was longer than typical balconies and slightly deeper. You could certainly not fit sun loungers on this balcony. Although, we did appreciate the two plush, oversized chairs. These were ideal for watching the ocean views and sail into and out of ports of call. The bathroom in our suite was also a noticeable upgrade. The toilet had a separate door, with a larger his and her vanity and full-sized stand-up shower in the main bathroom area. Although, we were surprised with the lack of counter space in the bathroom. Further, the shower features a bench, a rainfall shower head, wall jets, and a hand-held shower wand. ---BENEFITS OF STAYING IN THE HAVEN ON NORWEGIAN PRIMA--- This deck 15 suite was only one deck below the Haven complex. This private area reserved only for Haven guests is comprised of the Haven Lounge and Bar, the Haven Restaurant, and the 2-story Haven Sundeck. All of these amenities give this private area an exclusive, luxury hotel feel. We enjoyed the upscale menu items served in the Haven Restaurant.
