YouTube Video Description

Norwegian Star has many specialty restaurants to choose from. Today we look at Cagney's Steakhouse. Hi it's Sheri from CruiseTipsTV onboard the Norwegian Star. I'm standing in front of Cagney's Steakhouse with a quick review for seafaring steak lovers. The food here is delicious. We had the filet mignon, but the menu offers so much more. They have ribeye, lamb chops, chicken, ribs, shrimp, sea bass, lobster linguine, and even bison, yeah bison. The entrees are fantastic, and we think Cagney's is a terrific value. We paid $30 per person, and that included anything on the menu, except of course, beverages. However, we stumbled on a bargain that we'd like to share with you- on Norwegian's night out, Cagney's offered a free bottle of wine for diners that booked reservations from 6-7pm. Not bad.... So for $30 per person we enjoyed shrimp cocktail, a wedge salad, a Mexican Caesar, sliders, crab salad, two delicious high quality filet mignon entrees, and for dessert an Oreo cheesecake and a pistachio ice cream sandwich. The service was warm and attentive, and we highly recommend you give it a try. Here's a quick bonus tip...the main dining rooms on the Star are always an absolute zoo on the first night. So unless you like standing in lines consider booking a specialty restaurant like Cagney's to start your vacation off right. That's it for this episode. Until next time, we'll see you on the high seas.
