We start on day 1 of our Virgin Voyages Resilient Lady Amsterdam cruise in Portsmouth, United Kingdom where we embarked the ship. We stayed overnight in Portsmouth and woke up to the news that our embarkation had been delayed due to bad weather. We arrived at a very busy and chaotic Portsmouth International Cruise port and after much confusion we managed to get onboard Resilient Lady. We spent the first few hours onboard exploring and trying to book our dining reservations for the duration of the cruise. We dined in Razzle Dazzle and had incredible food and service. We had booked onto Virgin Voyages Grog Walk and the experience was one to remember. We visited a number of bars with Happenings Cast and ended up with exclusive access to the pyjama party in the Manor. After dancing the night away we enjoyed a light night all day breakfast from the galley.
