Our First Day in Sapa Vietnam 🇻🇳 | Cat Cat Village, Hmong Culture & Stunning Views

🇻🇳 WANDERFREE VIETNAM | SAPA DAY 1 🇻🇳 After exploring Hanoi, it was time to head north into the mountains of Vietnam! We arrived in Sapa early in the afternoon and spent the rest of the day exploring the beautiful Cat Cat Village, home to many Hmong families and one of the most visited cultural villages in the region. This visit was especially meaningful because Mai is Hmong, and our tour guide was also Hmong. The two quickly connected and spent much of the day speaking Hmong together, creating a unique and personal experience that made this visit even more memorable. As we walked through Cat Cat Village, we enjoyed breathtaking mountain scenery, waterfalls, traditional homes, local culture, and some of the most beautiful views we've seen so far in Vietnam. To end the day, we also give you a quick look at our stunning hotel, the Silk Path Grand Sapa, which would be our home during our stay in Sapa.
