We REALLY don't like tender ports... and this proved again why not! They are slow to load and get you to shore... and then our boat bottoms out and gets stuck in low tide! Once we finally make it to shore we can see just how low the tide is as the water is almost gone all the way to the ship that is docked in port. We have never seen water in a cruise port this low! Saguenay is a cute town in Quebec and we enjoyed a day walking around in the nice weather and having a good local lunch. But other than that... there wasn't a lot to do here. This is a port that we should have pre-booked an excursion. But we like to explore ports on our own... this one didn't fill the day so we went back to the ship early.
