Princess Cruises 'Royal Princess' arrives Southampton from Fort Lauderdale Florida 30/04/18

It was a very cloudy, windy morning and was bitterly cold on the 30th April 2018 as the Princess Cruises Ship 'Royal Princess' arrived in Southampton Docks on a one way 27 Night trip from Fort Lauderdale, Port Everglades in Florida. She had a scheduled arrival time of 08:00am at the Ocean Cruise Terminal in Southampton and she was escorted with the help of two tugs to the terminal, the Svitzers Bargate & Ferriby. The cruise ship was due to arrive on the 1st May 2018 but arrived today a day early as she missed out her last port call of Le Havre for some unknown reason and so will stay overnight at the Ocean Cruise Terminal and depart tomorrow as usual, she is here to start a series of cruises out of Southampton for this 2018 summer cruise season.
