Queen Mary 2 Transatlantic Crossing Ocean Waves #shorts
YouTube Video Description↓
Get an idea of how wavy it was from our June 2022 Transatlantic 7 day cruise (or should I say crossing) aboard the Cunard Queen Mary 2 ocean liner. Basically we sailed from New York city and the weather was fantastic and things were stable. On the third night, however, it started to get much windier & wavier. The 4th day was very bad with strong swells and wind. The wind chill in fact made it tough to even walk around outside for more than 10 minutes during both day 4 & 5. It became very cold- probably in the mid to high 30's Fahrenheit. We definitely recommend hoodies if you're going on a QM2 Transatlantic. The rough waves died down quite a bit starting on Day 6. As we got closer to Southampton UK, especially on day 7, the temperature was much warmer and the strong wind & waves subsided. Hope this video doesn't make you queasy! 🙂 There are some nice views of the Queen Mary 2 lifeboats as well.
