Rabaul, Papua New Guinea was our second port of call on our recent PNG Encounter trip with P&O from Brisbane. Like at Alotau, we booked our tour at Rabaul independently with Rabaul Cruise Tours (Ellis Wagarat), another well respected and highly rated local tour operator (link below and tour details available on our website). This was another half day, morning tour because we were nervous about timings for the ship leaving. However, we had no need for concern as we were back at the ship at the time planned without any worries. This was a fantastic tour, we got to see everything that was on the list and no additional charges for entry fees etc. Watch the video to learn more about what our tour included.
