On May 14, 2022 I was able to get a reservation at Izumi for lunch on Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas and had a wonderful experience. I was first served a bowl of what looked like very fat snow peas. I had to ask what they were and how to eat them. I was told soy bean, you removed from pod and eat as an appetizer. Also served was a little soy sauce to dip the beans into. Actually, they were quite tasty but very time consuming. For the meal, I had two rolls: a crunchy spicy tuna roll with asparagus and a California roll with assorted sashimi including shrimp, yellowtail, crab and salmon. I rated the meal at 10/10.
