Royal Caribbean is famous for it's "Loft Suites", NCL has it's exclusive "Haven", and Tui MeinSchiff has this! We stayed in a "Himmel und Meer", (which is a word play on Heaven and More/the Ocean), on the MeinSchiff 1 while cruising to nowhere from Kiel in September of 2020.
