Riu Palace Breakfast Buffet Food (Costa Mujeres Cancun)

See what the breakfast buffet was at a Riu Palace resort at Costa Mujeres, Cancun Mexico. We were quite impressed with the selection and quality of the food which included smoked salmon, caviar, duck liver pate, and a myriad of juices, smoothies, fruits (including berries), egg dishes and cheeses. Riu even had gluten-free items at the buffet as well. It compared really well if not exceeding the best breakfast cruise ship breakfast buffets we have tried. This particular restaurant is named Spaces, and opens from 7 AM to 10:30 AM. You have to wear a mask and sanitize your hands before entering.
