We've stayed at most Sandals Resorts and Grenada could just be their best Caribbean all inclusive resort for adults only! Watch our full day island tour which we booked privately, not only saving money but seeing more without the crowds. We found our own highly rated driver on Tripadvisor with whom we customized our own itinerary and make sure you ask for Rondell - he is a legend!! We took in some of the popular sites such as Fort Frederick, St George and it's spice market. We also met the monkeys at Grand Etang Lake followed by lunch at the Belmont Estate cocoa plantation. We then focused on the hidden gems off the tourist trail including climbing Welcome Stone for incredible views over the island and Pearls Airfield - an abandoned military airfield and planes from the US invasion. Plus instead of visiting the more popular Annadale or Concorde falls, chose to visit the best (and quietest) waterfall on the island at Mt Carmel falls.
