About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Description↓
Louis Henry Mitchell, Creative Director of Character Design at Sesame Workshop, has been exploring the world since he was 17 and recording his findings through his drawings. After joining us in March 2022 as our Artist-in-Residence in the Galápagos, Mitchell's drawings “exploded” with inspiration from the region’s vibrant wildlife, including a memorable encounter with a giant tortoise. When he returns with us this year on Jewels of the Java Sea: An Exploration Between Bali and Singapore and Southern Odyssey: New Zealand and the Subantarctic Islands, he hopes to instill that same sense of awe in guests through onboard talks and sketching lessons. In this episode of In Good Company, Mitchell shares how his passion for exploration and travel have inspired his work.
