Today we’re exploring Skagway, Alaska on our Alaska cruise — and it might be one of our favorite port days yet. We start the day with an easy and scenic hike to Reid Falls, walking through the historic downtown and then the famouse Gold Rush Cemetery. The trail is short, beautiful, and leads to an incredible waterfall that’s absolutely worth the walk. After our hike, we stop at our favorite local spot, Skagway Brewing Company, for lunch and a well-earned beer before heading back to the ship. And the day isn’t over yet — we make it just in time for a husky puppy meet-and-greet onboard (yes, it’s as adorable as it sounds 🐾). Then we set sail toward Victoria, Canada, enjoying some final ship fun as this Alaska cruise adventure starts to wind down. Thank you so much for following along on this journey with us.
