Sonoma Valley | Iron Horse Vineyards | Let's Go Wine Tasting with a View (Part 6) [4K] Iron Horse Winery is our last winery and wine tasting on this fantastic tour of California wine country in Sonoma Valley. Iron Horse is one of Sonoma County’s most beautiful, small, independent, estate, family-owned wineries. It is in a cool, foggy Green Valley. The founding partners, Audrey and Barry Sterling first saw the property in the pouring rain in February 1976, but that's all it took. Here at Iron Horse, they produce exclusively estate-bottled still and sparkling wines with a distinct “sense of place”. They are specific to the Green Valley of the Russian River Valley AVA, plus the uniqueness of their vineyard, and the vintage at hand. As a result, their wines are elegant, bright, focused, highly nuanced, and silky smooth. Once you turn onto their unpaved road, you are on your way to a one-of-a-kind Sonoma experience. Enjoy a tasting of California’s most delicious Sparkling Wines, Chardonnays, and Pinot Noirs in our alfresco, outdoor tasting “room” overlooking the breathtaking views of their Sebastopol vineyards, all the way across Sonoma County to Mt. St. Helena. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Where we visited on this trip: * Napa Valley | Where to Stay - https://youtu.be/-I19sPRMCZY * Napa Valley | Getting there is half the fun - https://youtu.be/S8nIH-oNCXE * Napa Valley | Domaine Carneros | Sparkling Wine - https://youtu.be/GdLKSjZS_4g * Napa Valley | Stags' Leap Winery - https://youtu.be/fM_ywBTlsqQ * Napa Valley | Beringer Winery - https://youtu.be/64t8wcvnSak * Sonoma Valley | Bricoleur Winery Food Pairing - https://youtu.be/oxoSh331EjA * Sonoma Valley | Iron Horse Sparkling Wine with a View - https://youtu.be/102zOKkukaM * Sonoma Valley | Sonoma Coast State Park - https://youtu.be/vlJCyMGSAMo Let's Talk! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Twitter: @RyzenRN Instagram: @JourneyWithJosh2020 Cruise Critic: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/profile/656871-joshsc/ Shipmate: JourneyWithJosh Blog: www.journeywithjosh.com #TravelVlog #CruiseVlog #Cruise #Travel ------------------------------------------------------------------ Iron Horse Vineyards 9786 ROSS STATION ROAD SEBASTOPOL, CA 95472 707 887 1507 INFO@IRONHORSEVINEYARDS.COM https://www.ironhorsevineyards.com/ _________________________________________ Historic Reagan and Gorbachev summit clip provided by: Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Contact(s): Ronald Reagan Library (LP-RR), 40 Presidential Drive, Simi Valley, CA 93065-0600 Phone: 800-410-8354, Fax: 805-577-4074, Email: reagan.library@nara.gov National Archives Identifier:55159951
