A big SUMMER CRUISE Announcement: I am going on THREE cruises this summer! Starting with Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas, premiering on the channel the last weekend in June, then the INAUGURAL sailing of the Carnival Mardi Gras at the end of July, and finally the Carnival Horizon in September. There have been new protocols announced by the cruise lines recently. Carnival cruises will sail initially with 95% of guests vaccinated - an exemption process is underway for the remaining 5% of unvaccinated guests. No masks will be required onboard Carnival ships, but port to port restrictions will vary and must be followed. Royal Caribbean's protocols vary by ship and departure port. Meanwhile more details have emerged about the Carnival Mardi Gras and her inaugural (or pre-inaugural) sailing to the Eastern Caribbean on July 31st.
