Creator's Key Takeaways

I sailed on anthem of the Seas out of the New York City area two and a half years ago and I said then and I still believe today that it's one of the greatest cruise ships in the world

the number one thing I loved about her sister anthem of the Seas was the adults-only area at the front of the ship known as the solarium

I also totally loved the unique entertainment venue at the back of the ship known as 270

the basic balcony cabins are great

Creator's Tips & Advice

Book a cruise on Odyssey of the Seas if you live in North America
Consider a standard balcony cabin instead of a more expensive suite
Make reservations now for Caribbean cruises in 2021 or late 2020

YouTube Video Description

Introducing you to what I think will be one of the greatest cruise ships in the world... Royal Caribbean's "Odyssey Of The Seas", which is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in November of 2020. Odyssey Of The Seas will be based in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, and will be offering 5, 6, 7, and 8 day cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas. The ship will be a sister to Anthem Of The Seas, a fantastic cruise ship I sailed on about two years ago. In this video, I use what I know about Anthem to inform you about some things I think you'll really like on Odyssey Of The Seas. Some of the video clips I used in this video were provided by Royal Caribbean, but quite a few others I shot during my previous cruises. Believe it or not, later on this year I'll be going on my 50th cruise! This is a corrected version of a video I posted in late October 2019. My original version of this video had one glaring error in it, which is corrected in this new version of the video. If you'd like to interact with me on social media, head on over to my Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/831976203803181/ If you'd like to go on a cruise with me, consider joining me on the Carnival Mardi Gras in February of 2021 for a Caribbean cruise. Details are at http://www.jimzim.net/MardiGras.html If you'd like to book a cruise, feel free to use the services of my travel agent, Caitlin Gallagher. She can make the booking process easier for you and help you to avoid making some of those rookie cruiser mistakes. Her fees are paid for by the cruise lines, so her services cost you nothing at all.
