On October 28, 2002, during the Love Boat Reunion Cruise on board @princesscruises DISCOVERY PRINCESS, Peter Knego joined cruise director DuVaul Gamble in the Princess Theater to discuss the three ships used in the original Love Boat series and how to distinguish which scenes were shot on board or in the studio. Two excellent films made by Eric Allen Productions tell the story of how Knego has rebuilt his home into a haven of cruise ship and ocean liner remnants and describe how Knego rescued specific items from one of the original Love Boats, the ISLAND PRINCESS. ISLAND PRINCESS was the twin sister ship of the namesake ship in the series, the PACIFIC PRINCESS and identical in most aspects, save for interior color schemes and artworks. Cruise Director DuVaul Gamble asks some fun questions and is the perfect host for this onstage discussion and celebration of the original Love Boats. With commentary from Fred Grandy, who played "Gopher" on the Love Boat. #discoveryprincess #duvaulgamble #ericallenproductions #princesscruise #princesscruiseline #theloveboat #fredgrandy
