Smoking is only allowed in certain areas, and if you smoke in non-designated areas, that can lead to removal from the ship. But anything above that will be confiscated. Plus, if you make a big fuss about this, the cruise line can deny boarding at the terminal. Likewise, other items are also prohibited, including weapons, some sports equipment, and contraband, like narcotics and related paraphernalia. If this is found in your luggage, your cruise vacation might come to a screeching halt. Ensuring everyone's well-being means practicing good hygiene. So, you should never skip washing your hands. That is especially true before meal times. If you want to ensure you don't get to sail, skip going to muster drill. Once onboard, there are several things you should avoid doing as well. Among the things you should not do on a cruise are being rude to the staff and hog lounge chairs. Another way to kick yourself off the ship is to miss the all aboard.
