Valiant Lady: Barcelona Spain on October 9th, 2022 (with Wonder of the Seas, MSC Virtuosa, +)

On October 2nd Virgin Voyages' Valiant Lady set sail on a 7 night Irresistible Med Voyage from Barcelona Spain. Sailing round trip from Barcelona she made stops in France, Italy, and Ibiza before returning home a week later. On October 9th she then set sail on a 7 night French Daze & Ibiza Nights Voyage from Barcelona Spain. Sailing round trip from Barcelona she will make stops in France, Italy, and Ibiza before returning home. With a turn around day scheduled for October 9th Valiant Lady made an extra early arrival with the lights of Barcelona already on the horizon before 4:30 AM as the Wonder of the Seas sailed in ahead of her. As she made her way into the port at 5:30 she sailed past the Wonder before turning around in the harbor to take her spot at the World Trade Center Terminal South. In addition to Valiant Lady and Wonder of the Seas, the Seabourn Sojourn, Viking Jupiter, MSC Virtuosa, and MSC Magnifica each visited the port for a mix of turn around and port of call visits. The Seabourn Sojourn was the first to depart with a turn around within the channel just past 5:00 PM. Valiant Lady was then the next to depart at 6:00 PM making her way out of the harbor and sailing down her short channel past the MSC Magnifica just as she started to depart. Shortly after departing the sun started to set over Barcelona casting the entire city and port in an incredible yellow haze.
