There were three cruise ships that were arriving into Southampton Docks early today Friday 24th August 2018, they were Cunard's "Queen Victoria" & "Queen Elizabeth" & P&O Cruises Ship "Ventura". The "Queen Victoria" was first in the convoy of the three ships to arrive she had been on a 14 day Cruise to the Baltics, her last port of call before reaching Southampton was Warnemunde-Rostock in Germany. Her estimated time to arrive at the Mayflower Cruise Terminal was 06:30am. She was followed in by the "Ventura" she had been on a 7 day Cruise to the Norwegian Fjords, her last port of call before reaching Southampton was Bergen in Norway. Her estimtated time of arrive at the Ocean Cruise Terminal was 06:45am. Then last of the three ships was the "Queen Elizabeth" she had been on a 14 day Cruise to Iceland And The Norwegian Fjords (Q823), her last port of call before reaching Southampton was Belfast in Northern Ireland. Her estimated time of arrival at the QEll Cruise Terminal was 06:30am, she had the assistance of two tugs the Svitzer Bargate & Ferriby due to the windy conditions to help her to dock.
