Creator's Key Takeaways
We were on Carnival Conquest for 4 days and we were surprised on how much fun we had.
I have absolutely loved this cabin. Just sitting back on the deck.
The food on Carnival, I hate to say it, but was surprisingly good because honestly, I didn't have that high of expectations for Carnival.
Overall, I really enjoyed the cruise. One of the things that sets Carnival apart is when we were coming back from Nassau, the cruise director Gabby and her entertainment staff. They were outside the ship dancing, welcoming us back to the ship.

After more than 10 years away from Carnival Cruise Line, we decided to sail on the Carnival Conquest to see how the experience compares today. This 4-day cruise gave us a chance to test whether Carnival’s reputation as a “fun ship” still holds true. In this full cruise review, we discuss the ship after its recent dry dock refurbishment, our aft-balcony cabin, food in the main dining room and casual venues like Guy’s Burger Joint and the pizza station, and the entertainment lineup, including the Punchliner Comedy Club, production shows, and game shows like Love & Marriage and Deal or No Deal. We also share our thoughts on the crowd atmosphere, service throughout the ship, WiFi performance, and whether a 4-day cruise is long enough to experience everything the ship has to offer. Carnival Conquest is over 23 years old, but this sailing turned out to be one of the most fun cruises we’ve had in a long time. If you're considering sailing on Carnival Conquest, this review will help you decide if this ship is right for your next cruise. Let us know in the comments if you would sail Carnival Conquest or if you prefer newer ships.
