Creator's Key Takeaways

It can be really hard to choose which stateroom you want and there can be a huge price range.

The type of stateroom can play a big role for some Cruisers the main cabin types are inside Ocean View balcony and Suites.

We often find there's not enough power outlets just the amount of stuff we travel with and watches and phones so we use this USB multi-port that is very helpful.

If you're worried about motion sickness a cabin lower down and closer to the middle is where you'll have the least amount of motion in the ocean.

Creator's Tips & Advice

Book solo cabins in advance to avoid paying double occupancy.
Choose a cabin lower down and closer to the middle if you're worried about motion sickness.
Consider the infinite Veranda for more space without a traditional balcony.
Use a USB multi-port for extra power outlets in staterooms.

It can be really hard to choose which stateroom you want and there can be a huge price range. How do you choose which stateroom category would be best for your trip? In this Celebrity Cruises Tips video we go over Celebrity Cruises different staterooms so you have all the information you need to book your trip. Before we got into the Celebrity Cruise stateroom comparison we need to quickly look at Celebrity Cruises fleet which comprises of 4 categories: Millennium Class, Solstice Class, Edge Class and Galapagos Class. The Millennium, Solstice and Edge class are the most similar and most common ships people sail on.The Galapagos ships are a lot smaller with a smaller range of cabins. For this Celebrity Cruise video we are going to be focusing on the first three cruise ships. We have some big Celebrity Cruise tips for solo travellers. It is also important to note that on some of their ships Celebrity Cruises offers solo cabins. There aren’t many so you will want to book in advance. Otherwise the room prices are based on double occupancy and a solo traveller could have to pay a second fare. They also offer accessibility rooms so make sure you talk to celebrity or your travel agent to book those. Also if you are in a group or a large family and want connecting rooms you can get those too or if you would rather some rooms have pull out beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. We have made a ton of Celebrity Cruises review videos about room tours, dining as well as tips and tricks to help you plan. Something new on Celebrity Cruises Apex and sister ship Celebrity Edge is the infinite veranda. These rooms have more space, to get that extra space you don’t have a traditional balcony but an infinite veranda. What you have is a window that you can raise or lower using a button. There are also folding doors to section the area off. We compare all the stateroom categories so you know what the difference is and help make a decision which stateroom is for you.
