Creator's Key Takeaways
we decided as a family to walk around for a little bit and then we ended up here at Junkanoo Beach
it's pretty low-key obviously we've seen nicer beaches in the world than this but if you're looking for something to do on your cruise in Nassau Bahamas this is a good option
the kids are having a blast the sand is soft and the water first temperature and the chairs are super comfy
I have to get me here for $20 this had a great time here on the island

Stopping in Nassau on your Cruise and don't want to spend a ton of money for a beach experience? Check out Junkanoo Beach. You can walk there (about 1 mile) from the cruise port. You don' have to pay anything to use the beach but if you want chairs, water toys, etc. We'd recommend Bahama Kayak. Here's a link to tripadvisor with some options: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g147416-d2477014-Reviews-Junkanoo_Beach-Nassau_New_Providence_Island_Bahamas.html My kids enjoyed the beach, the lawn chairs, the aqua bike, and mom & dad enjoyed spending only $100 for the whole family for the whole day (not including food).
