About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Description↓
There is often a strange and sad serendipity when ships end their lives. Two fleetmates that sailed together, then went on to completely separate careers for different owners somehow managed to end up on the same beach of destruction together in 2013 when I took this footage. The fifteenth clip taken from my PACIFIC PRINCESS Decked!, Part Two video, it shows the 1984-built former SKY PRINCESS well into her demolition with the almost capsized former PACIFIC PRINCESS beached on her port side. For the full story, please watch our two part Decked! video series telling the full story and providing a top to bottom tour of the once celebrated Love Boat from the hit television show that changed the face of cruising. #theloveboat #pacificprincess #aliaga #princesscruises #scrapships
