We Made it! And we are hitting the ground running! After getting settled at the St. Anthony, we go down to explore the San Antonio River Walk. We take a Go Rio boat tour and even see a wedding along the way! Dinner is at Big on the Bank and is exceptional! After dinner we head to San Fernando Cathedral to see a light show that depicts the history of San Antonio. The next morning we visit La Panaderia, a bakery/breakfast stop that you shouldn't miss! It is Sunday so we are headed out to the Pearl District to visit the Pearl Farmer's Market. Again, so much fun and a must do on your list when you visit San Antonio. Next up, The Historic Market Square. This place is beautiful and does offer some good shopping for souvenirs. I always get a Christmas ornament from the places we travel to and this is where I located the one for this trip! After a short rest at the hotel (The St. Anthony) we change camera batteries and venture out to see The Alamo. You must get your ticket in advance so be sure to check online for availability. This historic area is located right in the middle of the downtown area. I don't know why I pictured it out in the wilderness! LOL! It was a great visit and makes you appreciate the land we live in and the people who fought to get it. We are absolutely loving our stay in San Antonio and hope that you will join us again next week as we continue our adventure! Thanks for taking the time to watch, subscribe, comment, like..... ALL the things! We do appreciate every subscriber!
