Where2Next? Carnival's Mardi Gras This ship was nothing short of spectacular. As we embarked on a journey to Mexico and found ourselves in awe of the sheer magnificence of the ship. Despite accommodating over five thousand passengers, the ship's grandeur made it feel spacious and uncrowded, allowing us to revel in a sense of tranquility. I Will say the Center Stage, as beautiful as it is, has too many seats in which there is an obstructed view. The cruise director, Jackie Tang, did his thang and proved to be a standout, infusing the voyage with an extra dose of excitement and creating unforgettable memories. However, inclement weather cast a shadow over the trip, leading to the unfortunate cancellation of one of our planned ports of call. Our stateroom, boasting an extended balcony at the back of the ship, provided breathtaking views and a serene retreat during the journey. Despite the weather challenges, we found moments of pure bliss as we soaked in the beauty of the open sea. While the overall cruise experience was delightful, I concluded that cruising in December might not be our preferred time due to the unpredictable weather conditions. Nonetheless, our adventure on the Mardi Gras ship left an indelible mark, and eagerly anticipate our next voyage, sharing insightful experiences with our Where2Next community.
