We booked only transportation to Granada, so it was super important to book our Palace tickets online ahead of time. Also, the bus stopped at Neptune's Plaza on the other side of town, a 40-50 minute walk or 10 minute cab ride. If you happen to go to Granada and want to visit via a bus, ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to the Palace. Proceed to the Justice Gate and start from there. You can have your QR code, from your printed ticket scanned at that point and avoid the crowds. The palace can take a long time to see, but head to your Palacio de Nazaries at the scheduled time, for the real gem of the Palace. The other two sights, the fort and Garden you can visit any time. TICKET PURCHASE: This is the right website, others are travel agents. You need your passport and vaccination card. DON"T FORGET.
