World Cruise departures of Queen Victoria & Queen Mary 2 with fireworks 10/01/19

On the 10th Jan 2019 saw the departure of the two Cunard Queens "Queen Victoria" & "Queen Mary 2" depart Southampton for their respective World Cruises with a firework display send off. After the firework display ended the "Queen Victoria" then proceeded to make her departure from the City Cruise Terminal at 17:26pm for her World Cruise and her first port of call is to Hamilton in Bermuda out in the Caribbean, she is due to return back to Southampton on the 28th April. Then after a very much delayed departure was the turn of the "Queen Mary 2" from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal at 19:54pm, I must note that I had waited for about 2 hours and a half before deciding to pack up and go home but as I was starting to head for home I quickly noticed that "Queen Mary 2" was silently on the move so had to quickly dash and set up my video camera again. However after all this drama I still managed to film her on the move sailing quietly out of Southampton for her World Cruise and her first port of call she is heading for is Cadiz in Spain. The "Queen Mary 2" is due to return back to Southampton on the 13th April.
