About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

The largest iceberg in the world is stuck yet again. For more than 30 years, A23a was pinned in the Weddell Sea where it originally broke off. The mega iceberg— equivalent to the size of Rhode Island— recently started heading to open ocean, en route to reach warmer waters where it would rapidly melt and fragment. But a few months into A23a's journey, the iceberg became stuck in a spinning ocean vortex. Through satellite imagery, the British Antarctic Survey noticed the iceberg was maintaining a 15 degree rotation per day, delaying its fate.
