2013 Disney Magic Band Preview

I was going through videos we took on vacations in early 2010's and this clip caught my eye. I don't remember this happening at all, but here is proof. This was from our trip in April 2013. It appears that Disney had a MagicBand Preview center. We were likely annual passholders at the time so this may have just been open to passholders. I'm guessing this was at the Odyssey but am not certain--please comment if you remember anything about this. This is such a random video and probably not a well-documented place, so I thought I'd share, even though it is short.
