Melt chocolate, condensed milk, and butter in a double-boiler. 2. In a large bowl, mix walnuts and marshmallows. 3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and walnuts, mixing well. 4. In a 9x13 1/2 pan lined with wax paper, pour in the mixture. 5. Chill for 2 hours. 6.
