I spent a full week in rome learning the history of the eternal city. Every day felt like walking through a living museum. Mornings were started with hours wandering sunlit streets lined with ancient ruins and hidden churches. I visited the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Vicotor Emmanual, climbed the worn stone Spanish steps, and watched the sunset turn the old buildings gold. The food was simple and perfect, fresh pasta, warm bread, and gelato every night.
