Very shortly, my husband and I will travelling the furthest we’ve ever travelled. It’ll be the first time that we cross the equator, the first time we step foot in the Southern Hemisphere and the first time we visit Antarctica! To celebrate my husband’s retirement, we’ll be visiting the White Continent on board @VikingCruises Expedition Ship, Octantis. But first we need to get to Ushuaia, the southern most tip of South America. It’s there that we’ll board the ship at the start of Viking’s ‘Antarctic Explorer’ 13-day itinerary. And this map shows the various British Airways and Aerolineas Argentinas flights we’ll be taking. Excited is a huge understatement! Follow our adventures here on Instagram.
