Hi everyone, In this week's Allure of the Seas #royalcaribbean vlog we arrive into #naples . We really enjoyed last time we visited and couldn't wait to see it again! Before we got off the ship we had a lazy morning watching a film in the in the cabin. We then had lunch at El Loco Fresh which was amazing as always! It was then time to go and explore Naples. We remembered we needed to keep our wits about us when crossing the road and walking down the street! We saw the Scott McTominay shrine which was brilliant to see! Whilst we were here it was actually the day of a very important football match for Napoli so the atmosphere was electric! We wished we could stay and watch! We looked round some of the shops, stopped in this lovely little square for an aperol and limoncello spritz! They brought out some little snacks too, it was a great location and we enjoyed sitting here watching the world go by. As we were getting so brought in by the atmosphere we decided to both buy a fake replica Napoli shirt each to remember the day... more on that later! We manage to get the chilli pepper's we had been looking for and gift them to each other. It is actually a Neapolitan Cornicello and is a symbol of good luck and protection against the evil eye in Neapolitan culture. It was then time to get back on the ship. We had a quick snack at Park Cafe and then go back to the cabin where we found we had a new towel animal! It was at this moment we checked the shirts and realised they were more fake than we had first realised haha it said MCS instead of MSC and that just couldn't do! Dane very kindly went back to the port and bought us a better replica shirt that we could actually wear! We then relaxed on the pool deck for a little while, getting the last of the sun, listening to the music and having a few drinks. We then went back to the cabin to get ready for the night. We decided to have our evening meal at Johnny Rockets and we were not disappointed! It was good value and a really delicious meal! We didn't eat too much either this time and even shared an ice cream sundae. We then finally had a go on the carousel! I didn't manage to get the frog but I was just happy to be there, love that this is on a ship! haha The Boardwalk is great all lit up at night! We then grabbed a quick drink and went to watch the show for the night Blades in Studio B. It was a jukebox style show with lots of great songs and very talented performers, so many great skillful tricks! We then went straight to the Royal Promenade for the Battle of the Decades Street Party. 70s vs 80s vs 90s! This was so so so much fun! We really loved this and wished every street party was like this! We loved all the music and dancing, the light up rings they threw out and just the vibe and atmosphere. This was a highlight! After all that fun we went to Dazzles but after waiting 15 minutes it seemed there wasn't going to be a show so we went to Schooner Bar instead and caught some of Billy Pandos set. As fun as always! We did go back to Dazzles and catch the last song of Pavy and the Boogie Boys, it seems it started later. It was then time to head back to the cabin and we even found a cute little duck! #allureoftheseas is such an amazing ship and we can't wait to share more of the #cruisevlogs with you!
