Barceló Maya Palace Deluxe Hotel Room Tour

Hi Cruisers, It’s Sheri from CruiseTipsTV with a look at room 8254 at Barceló Maya Palace Deluxe. We’ll start back here with the couch and extra bed. Behind us is the lovely balcony, which we’ll get back to shortly. First let’s take a look at these two beds. These were quite comfortable, but, and this will sound odd, the bedding was noisy. Perhaps there was some kind of liner on the bed, but whatever the case, the crinkling sound kept waking us up. Very strange. On the left here, we have the flat screen tv, and desk-dresser combo. Here’s a look at the storage in the dresser. Continuing on, we find the first of two closets. There’s an iron and board on the left, and on the right we have a couple of drawers and the safe. Between the two closets there is a bar type area complete with a coffee pot and mini bar. And here’s a closer look at the mini bar refrigerator. Next we have the second of two closets. There is similar storage here with a couple of drawers and shelves on one side, and hanging space on the other. On the other side of the hall is the spacious bathroom. It has dual sinks and a large bathtub and a unique shower next to the tub. Here’s another look from a different angle. And finally, lets take a look at our favorite part of the room – the balcony. It’s nice and big with lovely views of the lush greenery. During our visit, squirrels and birds kept us entertained with their antics.
