While in Barcelona, Spain there are several places to get an elevated place to view the city. The Area has a terrace on level 4 the is completely FREE of cost when entered from inside the shopping plaza. The height is actually much higher than a standard 4-level building. Alex and I will take you from the ground level up and show some of the views. There is a Metro L1 station below the Arena at the Espanya Station.
