Then we head to JiJi’s Asian Kitchen on deck 11, and this is where the real insider tip comes in. At dinner, JiJi’s Kitchen is a specialty restaurant featuring family style Asian inspired dishes with bold flavors and shareable plates. At lunch, it transforms into a complimentary made to order noodle and stir fry venue. You choose your protein, vegetables, noodles, and sauce, and the kitchen prepares it fresh. The lunch menu is smaller than dinner, but the flavor and quality are impressive for a free option at sea. For dinner, JiJis Kitchen delivers a full service experience with warm lighting, Asian artwork, and a relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to slow down. The menu is designed for sharing, so you order multiple dishes for the table. We enjoyed basmati fried rice, Hakka noodles, kung pao chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, and more. The sauces were rich without being overwhelming, and everything arrived hot and fresh. Portions are generous, so come hungry. Dessert keeps the theme going with options like rose crème brûlée, fried wontons, and caramelized crepes. By the end of the meal, we were completely satisfied and agreed the specialty dinner price was worth it for the experience, service, and quality.
