Fresh from her transformation into the Carnival Cruise Line fold, the 135,196 gross ton, 4,216 guest CARNIVAL FIRENZE has just begun her maiden cruise season from Long Beach, California. This footage was taken on board on the day of the FIRENZE's naming (April 24, 2024) and covers almost all of the public spaces on her lower and upper decks, with a selection of staterooms thrown in for good measure. Built for Costa Cruises in 2020, the FIRENZE joins her twin, the CARNIVAL VENEZIA, as a hybrid in the 27-ship fleet of Carnival, keeping her Costa funnel and colors as well as her Italian-themed spaces and cuisine, albeit with a Carnival flair.
