CELEBRITY SILHOUETTE CRUISE SHIP FINAL ARRIVAL PLUS TWO CRUISE SHIPS DEPARTING SOUTHAMPTON 22/10/23

The Cruise Ship "Celebrity Silhouette" made is final visit to Southampton on the 22nd October 2023 and arrived at the City Cruise Terminal for just after 18:00pm where she remained overnight until the following day before her final departure. As she was passing the Ocean Dock the NCL "Norwegian Getaway" started to exchange horns with "Celebrity Silhouette" and of course she replied back as to say goodbye dear friend. Because of the late arrival of "Celebrity Silhouette" the departures of "Norwegian Getaway" & the "Aurora" were slightly delayed until the Celebrity Silhouette was safely alongside at the City Cruise Terminal. The Norwegian Cruise Line "Norwegian Getaway" got underway just after 17:30pm from the Ocean Cruise Terminal to travel one way back to New York, she will be back next year 2024, then it was the turn of P&O Cruises "Aurora" to finally get underway from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal a couple minutes after 18:00pm to Madeira in Portugal being the first port call on her cruise from Southampton. The "Celebrity Silhouette" gave 3 horn blasts to the "Aurora" as she passed by.
