Hey YouTube! We’re trying our Chibang for lunch here on the beautiful Carnival Mardi Gras. If you follow us, you already know we’re BIG fans of this dining venue for dinner (you can watch our full dinner review below). But with all of the food options on Mardi Gras, we’ve never had the opportunity to check out Chibang for lunch… that is, until today! We welcome a special guest to this video to share his thoughts, Mark’s brother. It’s his first time on Mardi Gras, so he definitely is still taking it all in, but he definitely has a favorite dish in all of the options we tried for lunch. We started with two different kinds of chips and two different kinds of salsas for an appetizer, then tried 3 different main dishes from both the Asian and Mexican side of the menu, and then we both wrapped up our meal with dessert.
