Welcome to Clearwater, Florida Ream Wilson Trail. Our channel is about our Journey! We travel and cruise a lot. Last year we cruised over 160 days to various parts of the world, eating and drinking all kinds of drinks and foods without thinking about our health. If we are not cruising or traveling we are attending parties and it has taken a toll on our waste line and overall health. We are going to start walking a minimum 10,000 steps a day, starting today! At the same time we are going to try to eat better, more natural foods avoiding processed foods. When we travel, that will be our true challenge. While cruising we plan on walking 10,000 steps however, the steps may be completed on a cruise ship, or an exotic destination.
