Royal Caribbean has submitted their Plan to the CDC for a Healthy Return to Sailing! This plan has only been submitted, not approved, so nothing is guaranteed. However, we can get an idea of what they have planned in order to handle COVID-19 and resume travel. They have lumped their 70+ steps into 5 core focus areas.
