We were lucky enough to go on a New Years cruise aboard the Holland America Nieuw Statendam, one of the newest ships. Check out what was on the Holland America special New Year's Even dinner menu, as well as the once-a-year midnight buffet at the Lido Market. All the guests were provided special celebratory hats/tiaras for the occasion- it was a lot of fun, and the food was excellent. Yes- lobster and filet mignon were included!
