Cruise Ships "Ventura" & "Aurora" departing from Ocean & Mayflower Cruise Terminals 3/11/19

On the 3rd November 2019 P&O Cruises "Ventura" & "Aurora" both departed from Southampton on a damp and miserable evening. The "Ventura" was the first of the two to make her departure from the Ocean Cruise Terminal just after 17:00pm for a 12 Night Cruise to the Canary Islands as she passed by the "Queen Elizabeth" which was berthed in the QEII Cruise Terminal they both exchanged horns with each other. Her first port of call is to Funchal in Maderia. Then at about 18:00pm the "Aurora" began her departure from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal for a 12 Night cruise to Norway she gave her usual horn blast as she left her berth and then gave another blast on her ships horn as she passed by "Queen Mary 2" which was berthed in the City Cruise Terminal but QM2 did not reply. Her first port of call is to Andalsnes in Norway. This video was filmed from various positions on Town Quay.
