Cruise Vlog: Carnival Magic: Solo Cruise #5, New Year's Cruise

*All foods shown are GLUTEN FREE* Ahhhh! Now this is my first favorite cruise. I love all my cruises, but this 8th cruise is the one where I changed my focus of just cruising to the Bahamas as an escape, to cruising and exploring different ports. So to bring in 2018, I took a 7-day cruise to Amber Cove, San Juan, and Grand Turk. St. Thomas was removed as a port because of hurricane damage. Still, this was AWESOME! I always meet people on the ship and this time, I took a pic of a young lady who was cruising with her family to celebrate her 50th birthday. Guess what? I was in my 50th year and brought my 50th t-shirt on the cruise (because it would be the last time I would wear it, as I was turning 51 in February). I "bequeathed" it to her on the cruise...lol. I had a great time with Carnival Cruise excursions at San Juan and Amber Cove, then at Jack's Shack at Grand Turk. I'm spoiled. Every time I go to Grand Turk now, I hike to Jack's Shack for the peace and jerk chicken. Great ship excursion tours in Amber Cove and San Juan. St. Thomas was part of the original itinerary but this was right after a hurricane where it was severely damage. I've got to book another cruise to get to St. Thomas.
