This is a tender port and bus or train transportation is needed from South Queensferry to get into the city center. We took the Lothian X99 bus located across from the Hawes Inn and across from the port. Like most folks, we made our way to Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile on this cold and windy June day. With the Edinburgh Castle at one end and the Palace of HolyroodHouse on the other, this town is a medival stroll like no other. Edinburgh Scotland has so many musuems, sights, shops, restaurants and pubs!!!
